Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Imagine is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the promotion and sales of assigned exhibitions, touring experiences and immersive attractions.
This role is an important part of the market execution team, helping coordinate campaigns, partnerships, promotions, ticket sales initiatives, reporting and day-to-day project activity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative and eager to build experience in live entertainment, exhibitions, attractions, tourism or experiential marketing.
This is an opportunity to work across multiple functions and gain hands-on experience bringing exhibitions and experiences to market.
Responsibilities:
Campaign & Project Support
Support execution of sales and marketing plans for assigned exhibitions and experiences.
Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, campaign trackers and key deliverables.
Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, localization, trafficking and deployment with internal teams and agency partners.
Assist with project launches, promotional initiatives, media events and partner activations.
Help ensure campaigns comply with franchise, licensing, brand and approval requirements.
Ticket Sales & Reporting
Monitor ticket sales, attendance trends and campaign activity for assigned projects.
Maintain weekly sales reports, dashboards and performance trackers.
Assist with preparation of weekly market updates and sales reports.
Help identify sales trends, promotional opportunities and areas requiring additional support.
Coordinate information and reporting from ticketing providers and venue partners.
Partnerships & Promotions
Research and identify local partnership and promotional opportunities.
Support outreach to venues, tourism organizations, cultural institutions, retailers, attractions, sports organizations, media partners and community groups.
Coordinate partner materials, promotional assets, tracking and fulfillment.
Assist with grassroots marketing initiatives and local activations.
Help maximize venue and partner marketing assets, databases and communication channels.
Agency & Vendor Support
Support communication and coordination with PR, media, creative, digital and promotional agencies.
Assist with tracking scopes of work, deliverables, deadlines, budgets and performance reporting.
Coordinate asset delivery and feedback between internal teams and external partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Communications, Digital, Performance Marketing, Operations, Ticketing, Finance and Creative teams.
Maintain organized project documentation and ensure key information is communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
Support post-campaign reporting, project close-outs and documentation of best practices.
Required Competencies:
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, promotions, partnerships, events or related fields preferred.
Experience in live entertainment, exhibitions, attractions, tourism, sports, cultural institutions or experiential marketing is a plus.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management tools and reporting dashboards.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, agencies, venues and external partners.
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
