As Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, Kara Callahan leads worldwide marketing and ticket sales strategy for Harry Potter™: The Exhibition, the record-breaking immersive experience that has captivated fans across North America, Europe, South America, Australia, and the Middle East. Under her direction, the exhibition has surpassed 4 million tickets sold, setting new benchmarks for audience engagement and campaign performance.


With more than two decades in live entertainment and cultural marketing, Kara has built a career defined by strategic insight, creativity, and results. Before joining Imagine, she led marketing teams at the Philadelphia Ballet and The Franklin Institute, where her storytelling and brand innovation earned two Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy Awards.


Kara began her career bringing beloved family entertainment brands to life - including Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Circus, Disney On Ice™, and the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and has since managed campaigns in more than 75 local markets worldwide.


A natural problem-solver with a love of strategy and collaboration, Kara is driven by curiosity and the belief that great marketing starts with great questions. She lives outside Philadelphia with her husband, children, and two oversized lap dogs, and enjoys spending her free time on the beach, recharging and finding new inspiration.
