Executive Assistant, Contracts & Legal

We are seeking executive assistant, contracts & legal to join our team, specializing in contract review, editing and coordinating for the themed entertainment and attractions industry. This role will support our CEO, COO and legal department in managing complex agreements and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsabilidades:
Review, edit, format, and modify various commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, licensing deals, construction contracts, and entertainment service agreements
Manage the contract lifecycle from initial drafting through execution and renewal
Maintain contract database and tracking system for deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather contract requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Coordinate meetings and all communications on contracts as needed
Support in legal research and document preparation
Review and analyze existing contracts for consistency, errors, potential risks and opportunities
Assist in developing and maintaining contract templates and standard clauses
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Competencias requeridas:
Bachelor's degree
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Experience with themed entertainment or attraction industry contracts
Knowledge of intellectual property licensing and entertainment law
