Hybrid (Atlanta, GA office / Remote within Georgia and Florida
The Director of Marketing & Sales – NA & LATAM leads all regional marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives for Harry Potter: The Exhibition and other experiential brands across the North America and LATAM regions.
This is a hands-on leadership role directly overseeing media buying, PR, and local partnership execution to drive ticket sales and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the digital media landscape, proven campaign management experience, and comfort collaborating across global time zones with both internal teams and external partners and is fluent in Spanish.
Aufgaben:
Regional Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for Harry Potter: The Exhibition and other projects in these markets as assigned..
Lead campaign execution from announcement through closing, managing media and PR agencies to ensure high performance and efficiency.
Ensure regional strategies align with global brand standards and approval processes established by Warner Bros. and the Global Marketing team.
Media, PR & Agency Oversight
Serve as the day-to-day lead for media buying and PR agencies—reviewing plans, directing optimizations, and ensuring return on ad spend goals are achieved.
Work closely with the Director of Digital to monitor campaign performance, refine audience targeting, and improve user experience across digital channels.
Provide weekly updates to the VP of Global Marketing & Sales and Director of MarCom, during U.S. working hours to accommodate time zone differences.
Oversee all asset localization, translations, and trafficking in collaboration with the Digital Asset & Operations Manager.
Sales, Partnerships & Promotions
Develop ticket sales pacing goals and monitor performance weekly by market.
Build and maintain partnerships with key local stakeholders including but not limited to tourism boards, cinemas, retailers, and destination marketing organizations, to drive awareness and sales.
Negotiate and activate co-promotional campaigns that extend reach and deliver measurable ROI.
Collaborate with ticketing partners to manage CRM integrations, tracking pixels, and promotional offers.
Develop localized Group Sales campaigns in each market, securing local agency support when possible.
Agency & Vendor Management
Select, contract, and oversee external agencies for PR, media buying, digital marketing,
creative development, and promotional activations.
Define clear KPIs and scopes of work for each agency partner, ensuring delivery of actionable post-campaign reporting within 30 days of close.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the regional connector between global marketing, digital, and operations teams.
Provide regional insights for global strategy development and campaign refinement.
Support creative and brand alignment in all regional assets and communications.
Erforderliche Kompetenzen:
10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or partnerships within live entertainment, attractions, or tourism, including promoting IP-driven exhibitions, branded experiences, or large-scale touring attractions..
Proficient in Spanish
Proven hands-on experience executing campaigns in US and LATAM markets
Deep understanding of the digital media and PR landscape with established industry connections.
Experience working with international promoters and managing external agency partners.
Bonus: Prior collaboration with Fever or similar digital ticketing and marketing platforms.
Strong grasp of digital campaign analytics, UX, and performance marketing metrics.
Excellent communication and time management skills; must be available during East Coast U.S. working hours as needed.
