Real Estate & Venue Partnerships Manager
Applicants must be located in Georgia, Florida or Tennessee. This position is remote and may require occasional travel to our Atlanta, GA office.
The Real Estate & Venue Partnerships Manager will report directly to the President & CEO and play a pivotal role in bringing Imagine Exhibitions’ large-scale experiences to life around the globe. This person will scout and secure world-class venues around the world, collaborate across internal teams to align on venue details, and act as the central connector who drives communication, coordination, and approvals to lock in tour dates.
The ideal candidate combines 5+ years of experience in the entertainment industry with 5+ years in commercial real estate, including a minimum of 2+ years focused on entertainment, attractions, or other visitor-serving environments.

Responsabilidades:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue domestic and international real estate opportunities for touring exhibitions through outreach, research, and industry relationships.
Engage directly with landlords, brokers, and venue partners to negotiate pricing, terms, and timing to achieve favorable business outcomes.
Develop relationships within the market and cultivate new contacts including cold calling potential clients and attending industry events.
Build and evaluate proformas, understand key business terms, and assess opportunities to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations outlining venue options, financials, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Assist legal and leadership in draft and review process of contracts, term sheets, and deal documentation.
Obtain tour venue approvals from the President & CEO.
Serve as the primary point of contact with landlords and venue partners from initial outreach through the full lease lifecycle, ensuring strong relationships and smooth execution.
Act as the central liaison between external partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment across Production, Operations, Finance, and leadership (including direct communication with the CEO)
Address and manage any challenges that arise during negotiations or active leases, ensuring deals stay on track.
Track opportunities, maintain contact databases, and deliver regular updates and insights to leadership.
Help streamline internal communication and deal flow processes to increase efficiency and clarity across teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Competências necessárias:
5+ years in the entertainment industry.
5+ years in the commercial real estate market.
2+ years of experience in tour venue routing and planning.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proven negotiation expertise with direct booking experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across venues, partners, and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Results-driven mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented work ethic.
Strong understanding of business strategy and financial principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Skilled in developing, presenting, and analyzing complex financial models related to rents, expenses, and revenue sharing within the entertainment industry.
Familiarity with both short- and long-term commercial real estate leasing practices.
Established network of relationships with developers, retail and shopping centers, convention centers, promoters, and non-traditional venues.
Effective communicator with the ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives as well as venue staff at all levels.
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
