Tour & Routing Manager

Atlanta, GA (onsite)

The Tour Routing and Booking Manager will report directly to the President & CEO and play a pivotal role in bringing Imagine Exhibitions’ large-scale experiences to life around the globe. This person will scout and secure world-class venues, collaborate across internal teams to align on venue details, and act as the central connector who drives communication, coordination, and approvals to lock in tour dates.

The ideal candidate combines 5+ years of experience in the entertainment industry with 5+ years in commercial real estate, including a minimum of 2+ years focused on entertainment, attractions, or other visitor-serving environments.

Obowiązki:

  • Lead the search and acquisition of venues for large-scale traveling exhibitions operated and marketed worldwide by the company.

  • Proactively source venues through calls, networking and online research.

  • Cold calling potential clients.

  • Present list of venue options for each city weekly to the CEO or external clients detailing square footage, ceiling height, pricing, details on location, and availability dates in a professional presentation format.

  • Develop relationships within the market and cultivate new contacts.

  • Research and evaluate potential opportunities to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.

  • Cultivate venue and industry relationships by representing company at industry events. 

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities.

  • Work with venues to improve Imagine profitability and ideal dates.

  • Present information on calls/ Google Meet meetings to potential venues, clients and on internal meetings.

  • Maintain the Contact Database and submit weekly sales reports to CEO and COO.

  • Assist with contracts, terms sheets, contract calls, details, and dissemination of information to internal teams.

  • Obtain tour venue approvals from the President & CEO.

  • Communicate with internal teams regarding all aspects of routing.

  • Create a process for communicating with internal teams; to include but not limited to, updating internal software on tour dates, creating booking forms for Production, Ops and Finance, and more to streamline processes and achieve strong communication with all internal teams.

  • Provide weekly written reports to management.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • 5+ years in the entertainment industry.

  • 5+ years in the commercial real estate market.

  • 2+ years of experience in tour venue routing and planning.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Proven negotiation expertise with direct booking experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across venues, partners, and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented work ethic.

  • Strong understanding of business strategy and financial principles.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Skilled in developing, presenting, and analyzing complex financial models related to rents, expenses, and revenue sharing within the entertainment industry.

  • Familiarity with both short- and long-term commercial real estate leasing practices.

  • Established network of relationships with developers, retail and shopping centers, convention centers, promoters, and non-traditional venues.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives as well as venue staff at all levels.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
